Return total vote value with success message

Could we return a value such as totalVotesValue with the success log?

This should be the maximum possible score available for a ranged option so we can create an accurate chart value.

@nxtlvlrob we already do that (check console.log) - only in cases we don't have a fail event though.

Also the max possible for range voting is available via ballot spec which you should already have access to

Only place I can see where to do this is in the 'weighted ballots' log:

I could parse that and add up all of the balances and then multiply the total by the maximum ranged ballot options, feels hacky though. Is there somewhere better I can get that information?
