sidebar's "My Stacks" section don't get updated on subscribing or unsubscribing the stacks

## Short description on the issue
when the stack is subscribed or unsubscribed the details / contents of "My Stacks" section in sidebar don't get updated. it gets updated when the page is reloaded.
