Simplify

It seems to work now. Try to simplify and clean up the writer:

• use integers for integral values, not floats
• do not write nd_data (use empty shape)
• omit data blocks that we don't need (esp. detpar)
• arbitrary block order

For each, check whether Horace still accepts the file after the change. There should be automated tests first.
