Description
NMX detectors are identical squares and each one is attached to a robot arm so from the projection of the detector in 2d plots can't tell the users which detector is where so easily.
We should somehow include geometrical information, for example:
- which axis is fast axis/slow axis(along with axis pixel ids increase by 1 or 1280)
- which panel is in which position in a static 3d geometry image (good to have)
- direction of gravity next to the plot (like a compass)
At the beginning label of the detector and fast/slow axis on the plot would be sufficient.
This issue is from the live data reduction meeting for NMX on 13.02.2025
