Customising range of colorscale of 3D view #102

In DREAM instrument view, be able to set the min and max of the colorbar.
All values > max and < min should be transparent (see screenshot below).

It is similar to https://scipp.github.io/plopp/gallery/scatter3d-with-threshold.html but with a dynamic modification of the range on the plot
