We should expect the following topics:

<instrument>_beamlime_commands
<instrument>_beamlime_heartbeat
<instrument>_beamlime_responses
<instrument>_beamlime_data

Currently we have something else, this needs to change:

  • Beam monitor and detector data is on different topics, derived from input topics names
  • Commands topic (named config in Beamlime) needs renaming.
  • Responses and heartbeat are not used. Waiting for more information on what should be implemented there.
