Near-term tasks relating to #278:

Topic descriptions with suggested config.
Instrument-specific control topic. @SimonHeybrock
Show only widgets for available config options. @SimonHeybrock
Write some documentation. @SimonHeybrock
Write an ADR on why we use Kafka instead of custom message broker.
Add fake_ev44_producer. @SimonHeybrock
Restream data to ECDC Kafka broker instead of a local one.
Deploy on CODA.
Deploy in instrument cabin.
Come up with testing strategy
- Unit tests without Kafka. @SimonHeybrock
  - Test with bad data, etc., to ensure we handle exceptions in as many places as possible.
- Integration tests with recorded messages and local Kafka (docker). #281
- Stress testing.
