Slow stream and drop outs in sound

Hi,
First I want to say thanks for this nice work.
I choose this for our kids project...
We tried now the first time with a Esp32 Wroom without PSRAM.
It works so far , but with all tested Radiostations it comes slow stream and the sound stocks.
The Wlan is fine and the esp32 only 1m from the router away. For a Test...:
The same station plays proper with a Alexa without drop outs.

We want to build a first working version and then later for each kid one....so we have 8 piece.

Can you please help or advise a little but how to reduce the sound fall outs, drop outs.
