This list is great, personally i removed all the URLs related to windows update as i want to receive updates, i noticed someone else in another issue mentioning gstatic and fonts, i removed that too, unfortunately, it doesn't end here, for example there's domains like "ajax.googleapis.com", "akamai.net" and so on that are regularly used by websites, meaning if u just blindly copy paste this list, it will block quite a lot of unnecessary stuff. Unless of course you turn on DNS over HTTPS for your browser, which will bypass the OS and directly send requests to the DNS server. https://developers.cloudflare.com/1.1.1.1/encryption/dns-over-https/encrypted-dns-browsers/ Here are the various methods one can enable this option. I feel like this needs to be mentioned in the readme so the browser can access these important domains without being blocked by the hosts file.
