My device is only connected to one router that is placed upstairs and which has an amplifier downstairs. How am I getting multiple access points? What do they represent?

Is the cloud server working for you? For me it has been offline since last Thursday 4/2/2020.

May be devices nearby in other homes or businesses?
I would do a reverse look-up on those MAC addresses and see if they're associated with a certain manufacturer. This helped me identify what the device was seeing.
