Unable to set 'scalyrServerAddress' for Log4J ScalyrAppender #14

Hi,

I am trying to use the scalyr log4j appender to upload logs to https://eu.scalyr.com

My log configurations :

    <appender name="scalyrAppender" class="com.scalyr.log4j.ScalyrAppender">
        <param name="apiKey" value="xxx"/>
        <param name="logfile" value="my-app"/>
        <param name="scalyrServerAddress" value="https://upload.eu.scalyr.com"/>
        <param name="parser" value="log4j"/>
    </appender>

However, it seems like scalyrServerAddress is always null and never set to whatever value set in the appender param.
