All Rights Reserved.
LICENSE AGREEMENT.
You may only use this Software when you accept all the terms of this
license agreement. When you do not accept this agreement, you may not
install or use the Software. All updates to this Software are
considered part of the Software and are subject to this agreement.
Changes to this agreement may accompany updates to the Software, in
which case by installing such update you accept the terms of the
agreement as changed.
1. OWNERSHIP.
This Software is licensed, not sold. PostWare owns this Software and
all copies and all intellectual property rights. You agree not to
sublicense, sell, rent, lease, convey, modify, translate, convert to
another programming language, decompile, or disassemble the Software
for any purpose.
2. USE.
You may only use this Software when you have purchased a license from
PostWare.
3. GRANT OF LICENSE.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this license, PostWare grants
you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited license
to use this Software. You are also permitted to make a reasonable
number of backup copies of this Software solely to replace the original
copy provided to you if the original copy is damaged or destroyed. All
rights not specifically granted to you in this license agreement are
retained by PostWare.
4. LIMITED WARRANTY.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED AS IS AND PostWare DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES
RELATING TO THIS SOFTWARE, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT
NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
5. LIMITATION ON CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
NEITHER PostWare NOR ANYONE INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION, OR
DELIVERY OF THIS SOFTWARE SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR
INABILITY TO USE SUCH SOFTWARE EVEN IF PostWare HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR CLAIMS. THE PERSON USING THE SOFTWARE
BEARS ALL RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE.
6. TERMINATION.
This agreement terminates when one party materially breaches any terms
of this agreement in which case you may no longer use this Software and
must destroy the Software along with all copies in any form.
