Add port-forward command

The command has the following syntax

forwarder port-forward [<target host:>]<target port> [<bind host:>][<bind port>...

and allows for copying TCP connections to forwarder.

Nothing changed in the requirements. Let's hold off though, I agree with your point about establishing a specification for the ports to be forwarded and verifying their functionality, rather than opportunistically forwarding a few predefined ports.
