In this tutorial there is some action in object page of an application, but somehow it doesn't work. The button show but the action can't be executed

I tried to move the action in list-report page and it works fine. this issue somehow also happen in fiori programming model (the predecessor of RAP)

is there something wrong? or might be we missed something? Thank u
