Unable to choose resources from the list

Hi Colleagues,

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch this tutorial link - https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/btp-integration-suite-nonsapconnectivity-integration.html
2. Under Step 4 - Connect Request Reply to Receiver, Step 7 - For the Resource, choose Select. I am unable to select the Resources from the list.

I am getting the below error while trying to click on SELECT.
Failed to retrieve Open Connectors. Check tail logs for more information

Could you please look into this?
