I wonder how octomachinery handled the installation in multiple organizations, following the current docs it sugests using RUNTIME_CONTEXT.app_installation_client but that seems to use the wrong context, as any POST/PUT/PATCH fails. Or is there a hidden section I have overlooked?!

@goern now that we've solved your confusion privately, do you have any ideas of how to describe this in docs?
