Summary

When adding a new child work to a work, the list of options should match only the tenant's available work types. Instead it appears to be using hyku's work types, and in some knapsack apps, has been overridden to all of the app's work types.

This should instead be based on the tenant's configured available work types, obtained from the Site table.

Acceptance Criteria

When a tenant's configured work types are changed, the list of available work types match the tenant options in the create child works feature.
