Add description to snippets

It would be very helpful to add a

    <description>Laravel4</description>

to the snippets.

this is not good because all the snippets will now have the desc of Laravel4 which no one will understand what the trigger suppose to do ,and adding a desc for each snippet will simply take forever but u can add desc to the ones u use the most and send a PR ,at least thats what i did.
