Audioform Subform Creation Process

Hello.
Could someone provide me on how I can create the subform within the audioform, similar to how categories can be implemented in programs?

I knew that I'll need to use subform control type, but I can't get idea to create an actual category list.
As far as I can possibly think to create is that the form can no longer move by its form focus keys anymore as soon as the cursor reaches over to a subform.
