add docker commands

ctop is already installed, maybe an alias would be enough?

alias 'sb containers'='ctop'

Mostly wanting to add bundle commands and the process id kill. This isn't meant to be a wrapper for anything. The stop, start and restart is meant to be all containers managed by saltbox etc.
