I had the same problem, the user of the API is behind some sort of load balancer or firewall and isn't able to receive callbacks (aka webhooks) because it doesn't run a webserver.

Another reason I forked your project, I'm going to migrate everything to websockets.

Include the instance key in every webhook notification, useful when we have only one endpoint URL for all instances and I need to split the actions from the webhook based on the instance Key received from the endpoint.
