We have: $35.56 fee to edit the license, $7.01 current balance, and $28.55 difference that has to be paid.

Why is the payment going to the credit card computed as $5???

Support request https://sagemathcloud.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/17206 the customer has negative allowed balance.
