error 429 and properties of undefined (reading 'content')

when I start the bot in the telegram and type something I get this in the terminal:
Error while chat Request failed with status code 429
Error while text message Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'content')

This error is related to the openai api. Please check your API consumption from https://platform.openai.com/account/api-keys

سلام وقت بخیر
برای رفع خطای 429 میشه راهنمایی کنید؟ باید دسترسی خاصی بدیم از openai؟ یا اینکه با نسخه رایگان انجام نمیشه بات تلگرامی؟
البته فقط بخش صوت نیاز هست

و اینکه آدرس سرور که توی فایل env نوشته میشه همون آدرس و پورت ssh هست که با پوتی وصل میشیم؟

سلام من طبق آموزش یوتوبتون جلو رفتم ولی همین ارور رو میده

سرور عوض کردم - api مجدد گرفتم تغییر دادم - ورژن nodejs تغییر دادم - به وارپ وصلش کردم.
به نتیجه نرسیدم
