Please check if the monitor power of the remotely managed computer is turned on? I was also unable to connect before, but later found out that the reason was that the monitor power was not turned on.

For your info, we have noticed that we can't able to remote connect Rustdesk on all workstations currently. Even though the status showing ready.
We are using Public server currently.
