Webhook HTTP Authorization String feature required version is missing from the documentation #1111

Describe the bug
The Webhook HTTP Authorization String feature is only available since the release of the version 4.0.0 (https://docs.rundeck.com/docs/history/4_x/version-4.0.0.html#enhanced-security-features) but this information is not present on the documentation page of the feature (https://docs.rundeck.com/4.0.x/manual/webhooks.html#webhook-http-authorization-string)
