`terraform_distribution` availability version says `v0.25.0` instead of `v0.33.0`

Line runatlantis.io/docs/repo-level-atlantis-yaml.md:71 says terraform_distribution: terraform # Available since v0.25.0, which seems off and the real availability is v0.33.0.

Made me think that my v0.31.0 can run this but spent quite some time debugging.
