If there's a PR that's been sitting idle for a few days, and the default Terraform version has been updated within this timeframe, this will cause the idle PR to require a reconfigure (or a pin to the previous version)

Adding an atlantis reconfigure option would be helpful for this situation

Describe the drawbacks of your solution

Although, we can add reconfigure to the workflow, I think this is a bit overkill as this is issue happens as terraform updates and default terraform versions change, which is not on a regular basis.
