Request to package a JRuby version w/o ruby-oci8 dependency

Current newest version 7.1.0 which released to RubyGems.org has ruby-oci8 dependency.

So any JRuby user can't install gem directly through rubygems.org and must install through here.

Could you RubyGem maintainer pack and upload Java=JRuby version into RubyGems.org?

I'd also place a thumbs up for restoring the previous Gem dependencies without ruby-oci8.
It's a big hurdle to have a need for unnecessary Oracle client installation if working with JRuby and JDBC only.
