All my APNS notifications are being marked as successful even though they fail to deliver (deliberately using bad device tokens, disabling notifications etc.)

Is this an issue with APNS or Rpush configuration?

Using the reflection API, errors do not appear under on.notification_failed but all notifications come through on on.notification_delivered

Tried using normal APNS and APNS2.
