Use HeroIcons package instead of creating icons ourselves

Replace icon usage with the icon package. Might have to do a little magic with the imports because the Icon component is doing some stuff with sizing and additional classes that might not work with the icons right out of the box but who knows 🤷‍♀️ we'll find out!
