remote compaction demo

Hi everyone.I read this blog (remote-compaction-in-rocksdb-cloud 2) and I would like to know if there’s any demo about rocksdb-cloud remote compaction? Cause I did not see PluggableCompactionService’s implementation in rocksdb-cloud project. Thanks.

Hi @wangshao1, thank you for your interest. We are actually deprecating the remote compaction in RocksDB-Cloud in favor of the upstream version (in RocksDB itself) that has been built since. You can learn more at this wiki: https://github.com/facebook/rocksdb/wiki/Remote-Compaction-(Experimental)
