The rock.spec file needs to be updated for EL8/9 and has 2 packages that have conflicts.

rock/rock.spec

Line 22 in 220c6ae

Requires: libselinux-python

rock/rock.spec

Requires: crudini

Need to figure out what packages effectively replace these.

I think libselinux-python needs to be changed to python3-libselinux

crudini still exists, it is just in the epel-release. Will need to include it in the rocknsm offline repo
