Trying to install krr from source, running pip install -r requirements.txt results with error
because of Python's upper limit "python_version < "3.12"

The requirements.txt file was last updated on Aug 9, 2023.
Since Oct 2, 2023 Python released v3.12.

Can you please consider updating it?

Are you able to confirm that KRR works w/ 3.12? If so, do you mind opening a PR?
