Region swap for federated clusters

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently you have to restart the app with a new region in the variables but it would be cool to have this easy swap without restarting, so the process would work great for federated clusters /multi region

A dropdown with menu with available regions

Describe alternatives you've considered
A text field to enter a region you want to swap to, so it would adjust the client.

@dkyanakiev would running wander in different terminal windows with different region args be sufficient for your needs?
