Doesn't recognize new output device #25

With External headphones or bluetooth device disconnected Start MultiSoundChanger
Plug in external headphones or connect bluetooth device
Notice that MultiSoundChanger does NOT include connected device.

EDIT:
This seems to be resolved in an OPEN PR #10

I had this same issue for headphones. Will the PR #10 be approved/merged?
