Add "long_name" to IDL functions

I'd like to create a table of built-in functions and another table of global functions in a portfolio. There are already summary tables for things like instructions, extensions, and CSRs and I use the long name for the table entry. Some IDL functions have too much in their "description" to fit nicely into a table so I can't use that and get acceptable results.

What's the value add for a table of functions? If functions are linked (clickable), isn't that enough?
