The manual's CSR ERB template uses cfg_arch_32 but it is commented out in the tasks.rake file

How could this work? Seems like we'd get a runtime error when generating the manual. This code was in place before I made changes.

Good catch. The cfg_arch is only used in limited cases where, e.g., a CSR field moves between xlens. It's probably working because we don't hit such a case.
