make rinoui part of the rino core

It is good idea to make rinoui part of the rinocore instead of letting user manually setting them.

so check all the class and load css, maybe something like:

class="r-button r-amber"

then add .r-button and .r-amber style into css. and if they are loaded do not add them.

Probably good to just track true or false and load them at the very end.
