[Docs] rewrite the advanced measures page with more detail and examples

We touch on some of the advanced measures that can be done, but even when I look at it first glance, I dont understand which likely means others are having trouble.

Plan is to expand on
Advanced
into a page for each expression with a full page to show how to create and check it works.
