File name on download is always: 'thumbnail-by-url.jpeg'
Should reflect object, e.g. its title, to help find and use the file.

Note to self:

api2-war/src/main/java/eu/europeana/api2/v2/web/controller/ThumbnailController.java

Java 8 + Europeana specific Maven config (Europeana Parent POM)

If the setup isn't to complex, it shouldn't be a large task at all.
