Support formating linting

golangci-lint support formatting code (golangci-lint fmt) and outputing diff (`golangci-lint fmt --diff). It would be great if action can support this (similar to https://github.com/reviewdog/action-shfmt).

Actually, this is possible already. Formatters will run if they are configured in the yaml configuration: golangci/golangci-lint-action#1245 (comment)

You just can't pass the enabled linters as cli flag anymore
