Describe the bug
The texture pack is unloading (using nexos plugin) when the plugin is loaded on the server

Software brand

Plugins
ViaVersion, ProtocolLib, Nexos

How To Reproduce
Start the server with Nexos and the plugin.
Texture pack is loading and unloading without error message.
After disabling Packetevents everything works again.
