Is this a BUG REPORT or FEATURE REQUEST?:
feature

What happened:
We had studyType before, which seemed like a mixture of degree and studyStage.
Add studyStage separately to be used for primary, secondary and higher education.

Anything else we need to know?:
Might use predefined values later on?
