Website field should add protocol when not already included.

On the Edit Profile page, when adding a website without a protocol in front, for example "www.renocollective.com" The link shown doesn't work. The system should check for a protocol, if it doesn't exist add http:// in front automatically, but if it has a protocol (http or https), create the link as is.

As a user,
I would like to add a link to my website without thinking about it too hard or double checking
so that they can show a working website link on their profile.
