Provide resumable pull parser

The current push parser is convenient for metadata extraction and streaming. However, for playing MKV files (including seeking etc.), a resumable pull-based parser is necessary.

I don't know if it still makes sense to keep the push-based parser implementation, or whether it may as well be implemented in terms of pull-based events.
