Hello Rej! I had the opportunity to look at a product like sFtpGo and really liked its ability to simultaneously create an access gateway using http/ftp protocols for one user with a set of directories, and each user can selectively enable/disable access protocols. This is a very, very convenient feature - I think it’s worth adding it to your brainchild ;) I’ll say right away that FTP is still alive and well - for example, as a backup gateway for downloading files or an input node for programs such as ShareX.
In general, I advise you to take a look at their admin panel - it’s made very conveniently - maybe you’ll get a couple of ideas for HFS ;)

i didn't know sftpgo, thanks for mentioning it. It's an interesting project, I just gave it a quick look. What a coincidence, the author is italian, as me 🙂
