Fix stuttering does not work anymore

I use TizenTube for few months now. I had the issue if some videos stuttering, but the speed change fix did its job. Now changing playback speed does not fix the issue and stuttering happens on every video. I'm not sure if it happened right after the update or later but indeed there was tizen update few weeks ago after which i had to reinstall TizenTube. Happens on every resolution, even on 480p.

Default YouTube app works fine.

The tv is CU7172, I think it was updated from Tizen 7 to Tizen 8, firmware version is 2022.
