Navbar and Dark Theme

Describe the bug
Dark theme on the home page is not looking good. The dropdown menu on the navbar is not working. we can make changes with the buttons and add some animations which will look cool.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'navbar'
2. Click on 'Pets'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Yea dark mode could use improvements. Can u share ss or clips

I haven't changed anything yet, If you assign me then I will make changes on navbar and add dark theme.
