CSL 无法区分中国人的拼音姓名和西方人的姓名，所以只能统一采用缩写格式。

感谢大佬，已经很接近期刊的要求了，我再自己手动更改一点就好

如果你的参考文献中国人比较多的话，可以在 initialize-with 前设置 initialize="false" 选择不缩写。
