codeready_containers_hacks_ocp4_client file format is no longer valid

Describe the bug
OpenShift client URL location changed its file format convention, so the default value of the codeready_containers_hacks_ocp4_client variable is not longer valid.

To Reproduce
Install the CRC ansible role

Expected behavior
The OC client is correctly installed
